By using the Mutalaa app or website you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Mutalaa lets you read and listen to books and keep reading data in an optional account. Features may change or be withdrawn.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, to fake reads or ratings, or to post unlawful, abusive or misleading reviews. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Content and copyright
Books remain the property of their respective rights holders. If you believe content infringes your rights, tell us through the contact form (choose “Copyright”) with details of the work, and we will review and act promptly.
6. Your reviews
You keep ownership of your reviews and allow us to display them in the app and on this site.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
