Delete your account and data
You can ask us to permanently delete your Mutalaa account and the data linked to it.
How to request deletion
- Open the contact form.
- Choose the topic “Account”.
- Write “Delete my account” and use the same email address you signed up with.
What is deleted
Your account, shelf, reading progress, bookmarks, highlights, goals, ratings and reviews, and read records linked to you.
Timing
We verify the request and complete deletion as soon as possible. Deletion cannot be undone. Messages sent through the contact form may be kept for a limited time to handle your request.
